'P. Vijaya Kumar is Director, School of Management Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada. He holds a Ph.D degree from Andhra University, Vishakapatnam. He has more than 25 years of experience in teaching accountancy and financial management and in guiding research scholars in the area of management. He has contributed several research papers to national and international journals of repute. N. Appa Rao is Director, Industry Institute Interaction and Placement and Training. He is an expert in industrial and labor economics. He did his Ph.D. in urban economics. Presently ten Ph.D. scholars are working under his supervision. He has more than 25 years of experience in teaching. His wide range of publications includes papers on population studies, migration and poverty, and fishery economics in various national and international journals and participated in many national conferences. He held different academic positions including Chairman, BOS (H&SS) of the erstwhile JNTU, Head, Department of H&SS (University College of Engineering), and Chairman, BOS (H&SS) JNTU, Kakinada. Ashima B. Chhalill, erstwhile a banker, left the lure of big bucks to build a career, centered around her passion?education. Her passion for education prompted her to author more than six academic books and lead the content development for several academic institutions, from K-12 to graduation and from post-graduation to vocational and skill-oriented education through her venture Edmission Education Services. In her spare time, Ashima loves to work on innovative learning methodologies and solutions for the education and corporate segment. She is an alumnus of the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIMA).
