Gerald Keller

Dr. Gerald Keller is Emeritus Professor of Business at Wilfrid Laurier University, where he taught statistics, management science, and operations management from 1974 to 2011. He also taught at the University of Toronto, the University of Miami, McMaster University, the University of Windsor, and the Beijing Institute of Science and Technology. In addition to consulting with banks on credit scoring and credit card fraud, Dr. Keller has conducted market surveys for the Canadian government on energy conservation. His books include BSTAT, 2e, APPLIED STATISTICS WITH MICROSOFT EXCEL, ESSENTIALS OF BUSINESS STATISTICS (co-authored), AUSTRALIAN BUSINESS STATISTICS (co-authored), and STATISTICS LABORATORY MANUAL EXPERIMENTS USING MINITAB. Dr. Keller also has been published in OMEGA, IIE TRANSACTIONS, DECISION SCIENCES, INFOR, ECONOMICS LETTERS, and ARCHIVES OF SURGERY.

 

Hitesh Arora

Hitesh Arora is Professor in Quantitative Techniques and Operations Management at FORE School of Management, New Delhi. A graduate in Mathematics and a post graduate in Operational Research from University of Delhi, he has also earned his doctorate in Mathematical Programming from Department of Operational Research, University of Delhi. Prof. Arora started his teaching career at the University of Delhi. He has also worked as an Actuarial Consultant with a UK-based MNC, where his work involved Data Modeling and Reserving for Personal and Commercial Lines of various UK-based insurance companies. He has more than 16 years of experience in academics and industry. Dr Arora has extensively worked in the area of Mathematical Programming. His current research interests are Measurement of Productivity, Service Quality, and Information Technology in Indian banking sector. Prof. Arora has conducted Management Development Programmes (MDPs) in Decision-Making Techniques for Managers. He has to his credit numerous research papers in several national and international journals.
