Shailendra Kumar

Shailendra Kumar is a faculty at the Department of Management, Central University of Sikkim, Gangtok. He has done Ph.D., MBA, M.Com (Gold Medallist), PGDCA and JRF/NET and holds 12 years of teaching and indus¬trial experience. He is an expert in Business Ethics, Corporate Social Responsibility and Corporate Governance and regularly conducts ethics programmes for people in industry and academics. Dr. Kumar is widely published and has received several awards and fellowships at national and international levels.

Alok Kumar Rai

Alok Kumar Rai is Professor in Marketing Area in Institute of Management Studies, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. He has authored six books and edited four books in the field of Customer Relationship Management, Customer Loyalty, Customer Satisfaction, and Marketing Management. He has published over 75 papers in leading referred international journals. His researches are widely cited in marketing literature. He also works as a trainer and consultant for leading government and private organisations. He has been lecturing as keynote speaker, subject expert and resource person in conferences, seminars, workshops, etc., on contemporary issues of business and management. He has completed projects funded by AICTE and UGC. Dr. Rai has been associated with NAAC, MHRD, UGC, CBSE, etc., at various capacities on issues pertaining to academics, administration and governance.
