Dr. Subhendu Chakroborty is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the School of Sciences, Auro University, Surat, India. He also worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Biomedical Sciences and Engineering, National Central University, Taiwan. He has worked as a researcher at some of the premier institutes of India such as CDRI (CSIR) Lucknow and IIT Indore. His research interests and expertise extends over broad areas of medicinal chemistry, polymeric biomaterials, environmental chemistry, non-fouling materials, and most recently, have tended to concentrate on the development of biocompatible surface coatings for multidimensional and diversified materials. He has published 18 papers in international peer-reviewed journals, 3 books, and 3 book chapters.
