Richard L. Daft, Ph.D., is the Brownlee O. Currey, Jr., Professor of Management in the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University. He specializes in the study of organization theory and leadership.

 

Nishant Uppal

Nishant Uppal is faculty of Organization Behavior in the Human Resources Management Group, Indian Institute of Management Lucknow. He earned his Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management Indore.
