Swati Dhir

Swati Dhir, a fellow of IIM Lucknow, is currently working as an assistant professor in OB/HRM at International Management Institute, New Delhi. Prior to this, she worked at IIM Ranchi as an assistant professor for 1.5 years. She is a B. Tech graduate in Textile Technology from UPTTI (affiliated by APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University), Kanpur. She has also worked as an assistant manager at Abhishek Industries (Trident Group). She has published her research work in many national and international journals (Scopus and ABDC indexed) and is an active participant of various national and international conferences. Professor Dhir is a certified DISC trainer (created by John Wiley & Sons Inc.), and specializes in improving productivity, teamwork, and communication.

 

Suparna Pal

Suparna Pal is an analytics professional and technology consultant with over two decades of working experience with organizations like Deloitte, PwC, Microsoft Consulting, IBM and Wipro. She has exposure of working on transformational projects for Fortune 100 global companies like Unilever, Standard Chartered, The Coca-Cola Company, Credit Suisse, Mercedes, among others. She is an M. Sc graduate from IIT Kharagpur and is also a PMP from Project Management Institute, USA. Ms. Pal has been a visiting lecturer and is an eminent speaker in various analytics forums.
