'Dr Justin Paul is currently a faculty member at University of Washington Foster School of Business, USA. Prior to his current position, he served as an Associate Professor with the Nagoya University of Commerce and Business, Japan, accredited by AACSB and AMBA. He has authored and coauthored more than five books. He has also published 25 research papers in refereed journals including Journal of Consumer Marketing, Competitiveness Review, Asian Case Research Journal, etc. He served as Department Chairperson at Indian Institute of Management (IIM), a premier business school, at age 30. He has taught full courses at Aarhus University, Denmark; Grenoble Eco le de Management, France; University of Washington Foster School of Business, Seattle; ISM University, Lithuania; SP Jain, Dubai. Dr Paul has taught a wide range of courses to MBA students in many countries. He offers training and consultancy assignments on many business-related issues including international business and strategic management. Dr Leena Kaushal is an assistant professor in the area of Economics and Quantitative Techniques at GD Goenka World Institute, Gurgaon. She has completed her PhD from the School of Future Studies and Planning, Devi Ahilya University, Indore. She has more than 11 years of experience in research, teaching, and industry. She has worked on a major research project with UGC and is credited with research publications in various refereed journals. Dr VJ Sebastian is an associate professor in the area of Economic Environment and Strategy, Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. He did his PhD from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay and has more than 15 years of experience in teaching, research, and training. He has worked as a consultant for organisations in both public and private sectors and has several research papers to his credit.
