Atreyee Ganguly is an Associate Professor of Commerce at The Bhawanipur Education Society College, with a teaching experience of more than 18 years. She has obtained the Post-Graduation degree in Commerce from the University of Calcutta. She has also obtained a Bachelor in Education degree from the same University. The author is actively involved in research work and has several published research articles in the field of Management. She has a keen interest in the areas of Management and Finance.

 

Joyeta Bhadury

Joyeta Bhadury is an Associate Professor of Commerce at The Bhawanipur Education Society College, with a teaching experience of more than 18 years. She holds a B.Ed. degree from the University of Calcutta. She has acquired M.Phil. in Commerce degree from the University of Calcutta and has obtained a Ph.D. from the same esteemed University. Her areas of research interest are Finance and Management. She has several published research articles to her credit.
