M.S. Narasimhan is Professor of Finance and Accounting at Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) and teaches Financial Reporting and Analysis, Management Accounting, Corporate Finance and Investments. He teaches both PGP and senior and middle level managers and designed and conducted several management development programs. He is currently Chairperson of Post-Graduate Program in Management and earlier was the Chairperson of Executive Education and Finance & Control Area at IIMB. He is also a member of Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India.
