His interest areas are software engineering, business process automation, knowledge management, and IT-enabled strategy and management information systems. He has worked in various capacities in organizations such as Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Larsen & Toubro, Price Waterhouse, Infosys, Polaris, and J&B Software.
